Participant and Eligibility Requirement

  • Bumiputera Small Medium Enterprise (SME) registered with SSM
  •  In operation at least 1 year and having management / audited account (depending on business phases requirement)
  • Eager to seek business guidance and development through franchising

STAGE 1 (BUSINESS ASSESSMENT AND PROFILING) – 1 Month
Phase 1 : Transformation
Phase 2 : Acceleration
Phase 3 : Franchising
Phase 4 : Expansion
STAGE 2 (BUSINESS GROWTH) – 4 to 6 Months
Business Development

  • Professional Service (e.g.: legal, trademark, accounting service, graphic designer, brand expert & etc.)
  • Business Process Automation (e.g.: technology/digitalization)
  • Innovation and Commercialization (e.g.: promotion, research & development)

Training / Guidance

  • Franchise / business consultancy and advisory program
  • Training, coaching and monitoring program
STAGE 3 (BUSINESS MONITORING) – 2 Months
