Organization Anti-Corruption Plan (OACP)
Pernas has developed the Organisational Anti-Corruption Plan (OACP) 2023–2027 based on the government's commitment through the National Anti-Corruption Plan (NACP) 2019–2023, aimed at strengthening governance, integrity, and anti-corruption measures within the administration of the Malaysian government. The Pernas OACP 2023–2027 is a policy that reflects the commitment of all Pernas personnel in combating all forms of corruption, misappropriation, and abuse of power, with the goal of instilling integrity across all service delivery systems within Pernas.
Failure to address issues related to corruption and integrity not only tarnishes the reputation of the organisation but may also lead to systemic weaknesses that negatively impact the country and its government agencies. To uphold public trust and ensure operational excellence, Pernas remains committed to the complete elimination of corrupt practices within its administrative framework, thereby reinforcing stability and confidence among stakeholders and the wider community.
