- Tender documents for Item No. 1 and 2 can be purchased from 12:30 PM on 16 December 2024, while documents for Tender No. 3 will only be available for purchase on 31 December 2024 at a price of RM50.00 per copy (non-refundable). Bidders must make payment to Perbadanan Nasional Berhad via JomPAY (JomPAY Code = 50047) prior to receiving the tender documents via email.
- Only bidders who attend the tender briefing will be allowed to purchase and participate in this tender.
- Each bidder is only allowed to submit one tender proposal for each tender offered.
- Incomplete tender documents will not be evaluated.
- Pernas is not obliged to accept the lowest-priced tender or any tender submitted, nor is it required to provide reasons for any rejection. The decision of the tender committee is final.
