YBhg. Datuk Mohamed Rozhan bin Mohd Ghazalli (Datuk Rozhan Ghazalli) was appointed as the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Perbadanan Nasional Berhad effective 3 June 2025.

Having graduated as a postgraduate student in Business Administration from Ohio University in United States of America, Datuk Rozhan Ghazalli started his career at Citibank NA in Kuala Lumpur in 1985.

He has held various positions in the bank, including roles in Small and Medium Size Division, Credit and Risk Management Division, Corporate Finance Division, and as a Vice President/ Head of Public Sector Division.

He then joined an investment bank, BSN Merchant Bank as a General Manager, Head of Credit, Banking and Treasury Operations from 1995 until 2000. Datuk Rozhan Ghazalli is also an experienced entrepreneur who has served in various sectors of the economy, including the health and wellness industry, food sector, high security document protection business, manufacturing and packaging of labels and tags, over the last 24 years.

His vast experiences have also led him to consult individuals and companies in the transportation, telecommunication, information technology/digital, oil and gas, and property sectors. He is actively involved in venture capital for startups and currently holds the position of Managing Director of OVD Systems (M) Sdn. Bhd.

Throughout his career, Datuk Rozhan Ghazalli has actively participated in social responsibility. He served as the former Chairman Board of Governors at Victoria Institution, and Chairman of Parent and Teacher Association at Sekolah Kebangsaan Bukit Damansara in Kuala Lumpur.

Currently, Datuk Rozhan Ghazalli serves as the Independent Non-Executive Director of Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (MDEC) and the Board of Trustee of Yayasan Ansar Al-Hadith. He is also the Industry Advisor for a PhD Programme at the Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin (UniSIRAJ).
