- Syariah-compliant business.
- For master franchisee company, master franchise right from the franchisor must be obtained.

- Islamic Financing (Tawarruq Concept)
Financing Amount
- From RM50,000 to RM2,000,000*
Subject to gearing ratio not more than 4 times.
Profit Rate
- BFR + up to 5%.
Financing Tenure
- Up to 10 years.
