Participant and Eligibility Requirement

  • Bumiputera Small Medium Enterprise (SME) registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM)
  •  In operation for at least 1 year and having management / audited account (depending on business phases requirement)
  • Eager to seek business guidance and development through franchising

How It Works? (Phase and Components)

STAGE 1 (BUSINESS ASSESSMENT AND PROFILING) – 1 Month
Phase 1 : Transformation
Phase 2 : Acceleration
Phase 3 : Franchising
Phase 4 : Expansion
STAGE 2 (BUSINESS GROWTH) – 4 to 6 Months
Business Development

  • Professional Services (e.g., legal, trademark, accounting service, graphics designer, and brand expert)
  • Business Process Automation (e.g., technology/digitalization)
  • Innovation and Commercialisation (e.g., promotion, research & development)

Training/Guidance

  • Franchise/business consultancy and advisory programmes
  • Training, coaching and monitoring programmes
STAGE 3 (BUSINESS MONITORING) – 2 Months
