For B.I.T Programme, PNS will identify, create and develop small enterprises that have products and services using a modern marketing approach, low set up and new technologies.
The B.I.T programme is a business transformation programme for small entrepreneurs to become more competitive and systematic in conducting business to gain more profit and develop their business effectively. The programme also trains entrepreneurs to be more competitive in the market and in turn build a franchise from the business.
Criteria of Programme Participants
- Aged 21 years and above
- Businesses based on Syariah (Syariah compliant)
- Registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)
- The brand must be registered with the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO)
- In operation for at least 1 year
- Owner is not certified as bankrupt and free from any legal action
- Attended courses organised by the PNS
- Owns at least 1 outlet/kiosk/stall/agent
- Profitable and viable business
- Keen on expanding the business
- Brand name is recognised locally
- Has a support chain system beginning from production – distribution – logistics – mobile business/permanent kiosk

Financial Facilities Under the B.I.T Programme : Pre-Franchisor
- Financing up to RM 500,000.00
- Financing margin up to 90%
- Charges at the rate of 4.75%
- Processing Fee: RM100 minimum or 1% from total financing whichever is highest
- Type of Financing: Islamic Financing Scheme (Tawarruq)
- Finance Duration : Up to 5 years
