Dato' Sri Khairul Dzaimee Daud is a distinguished public service leader with a strong foundation in economic policy and strategic diplomacy. With over two decades of experience across key federal agencies, his career spans various ministries and agencies, where he has contributed to national-level planning, institutional reform, and administrative excellence.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Hons) from Northern University of Malaysia and a Master’s degree in Strategy and Diplomacy from the Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations (IDFR) in collaboration with the National University of Malaysia.
Since he began his career at Public Finance Berhad in 1996, Dato’ Sri Khairul transitioned into public service and steadily advanced through roles in the Ministry of Finance and the Prime Minister’s Department. In August 2017, he took on a key leadership position within the Ministry of Home Affairs, where he later served as Director-General of the Immigration Department.
His leadership and commitment towards public accountability, policy innovation, and strategic execution, and his experience with inter-agency collaboration and regulatory strategy supports Pernas’ mission to align business growth with national objectives.
